January 2021 TCP New Release Blog Hop

Hi friends! It's release day at The Cat's Pajamas! We're hopping along one last time to celebrate this fabulous new release. Come along for some fresh inspiration with all the new products that are available to purchase NOW in the shop! Plus you can buy the Kitty Kat Pack (all the stamps and dies) in the release) or Poochie Pack (all the stamps in the release) at a discount!

I'm the start of today's hop, so grab a cuppa something awesome and settle in to check out all the new goodies. When you're done here, hop on over to see what Christine is sharing today. If a link goes amiss along the way, the full hop list can be found on the TCP Blog.

My card features a lot of goodies from the release! These little gnomes from Welcome Gnome are simply the cutest! I started by coloring them out and hand trimming. If you're not into cutting by hand, Alma always offers the cutting files for free for stamps that don't have coordinating dies

I decided to have my gnomes go on an egg hunt, so I cut eggs from the Easter Basket Die, grass from the Grassy Patches Die, and flowers from the Flower Wagon Die from patterned paper.  I added a little ink shading around the edges of the flowers and eggs, then hand doodled some stitching.  I then cut the Flower Wagon again from white cardstock and colored the wagon with Copic markers.  I created a background for my scene with the Great Outdoors stencil, using the clouds for the sky, and the grass for the top of my grassy portion.  I then layered everything together, adding patterned paper for the bottom of the grass, and stamping the sentiment to finish things off.

Well, that's all for me today! Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you've enjoyed all the peeks and inspiration with this fabulous new release. I've linked my supplies as well as the entire release below for you, so be sure to check it out.

Next up on the hop is the fabulous Christine.
