TCP Tuesday From All of Us

Hi friends! It's time for a new TCP Tuesday challenge and this month's theme is Clean & Simple. Now, this style is one I admire, but have always struggled with. However I'm finding it less of a struggle these days since I've really started enjoying coloring images more. Hope you can play along! Here are the challenge details...

I knew I wanted to use the adorable new From Us to You set. So I started by stamping the tree image on watercolor paper, then colored it in with Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers and a wink of stella clear glitter brush. I then masked off the tree and added some soft blending with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink and the Big Beautiful Blending Brush. When I was happy with the effect I then, splattered some white acrylic paint to look like peeling snow.

The sentiment is stamped directly on the card base and I cut the tree image to a rectangle shape the height of the card and added a then strip of black cardstock as a divider. Easy peasy and completely mailable! 😁
