This month's challenge is Sequined Stunner! For my card, I really wanted to make the sequins shine, so kept things pretty CAS, with a really easy mixed-media background. To create the look, I colored a few colors of oil pastels randomly on a square of white cardstock, blended with my fingers and then stamped the large medallion from Peaceful Medallions once in the center with archival ink, and then once in each corner for a seamless looking pattern. I added some grey and white oil pastels around the edges to make the center stand out more, then stamped the Much Joy sentiment in the center. Next I added some of the Shine Bright sequins all around the inner circle of the medallion for a super shiny focal piece. I matted this with black, then embossed another square of white cardstock that had a pattern that I thought would be fun to add sequins to, tied a seam binding bow and finished it off as a 4.25" square card.
Super easy, but still eye catching and fun!
