I love that the Latte Birthday Wishes freebie (today's the last day to get this freebie with a $50 purchase that includes at least 1 new release item) sentiments fit on the big coffee cup die from the new Gnome Dies: Coffee Add Ons. I colored up my cup with Copic markers, then embossed the sentiment in white.
I assembled the little coffee pot balloon and used it as a decorative swizzle stick poking out of my coffee. The background uses the new Coffee Mug Stencil and I finished off with some heart "steam".
