Jaded Blossom June Release Blog Hop

Hey Everyone!  Welcome to Jaded Blossom's May Stamp Release Blog Hop! If you're here from Rosemary's blog you're in the right place, if you're just passing through start at the beginning because you don't want to miss a thing. I also have the complete line up at the bottom of this post.

Hooray for release day! All of the products we've been sneaking this week are now available in the shop. For my card,  I decided to make a Father's Day card for my hubby. I colored up pieces of the Gnome Dies set cut from white cardstock, then assembled.  Next I colored the barbecue and beer bottle from the Gnome Dies: BBQ Add Ons. I just have so much fun coloring all these die cuts!

For the top of the card, I adorned it with the rope banner from the Build A Booth: BBQ Add Ons, using a warm grey marker to highlight the shadows in the rope.  Next I curved the King of the Grill sentiment from Lemonade for Sale and stamped it, then used a pencil to connect the letters and cut with my Scan 'n Cut machine.  A simple wood grain background finishes this card off.
