I started by stenciling the snowflakes on white card stock with sparkle paper glitz. Next I stamped the bird, holly pieces, and sentiment from Winter Birds with memento ink. I colored with Copics, accenting with a white gel pen and then cutting with the coordinating dies. For a bit of interest I die cut a couple Tall Grass die cuts, then layered at the bottom of my stenciled panel.
I embellished with a bit of ribbon and lace, then glued my die cut sentiment to one of the tags from the Mini Tags Die Set.
