Mojo Monday 549

Hi friends! It's a brand new month and time for a brand new Mojo Monday sketch! As always, you're free to play along with any papercrafting products your heart desires and enter as many creations as you like. Use the sketch as inspiration for your creation, then come link it up below so I can come take a look! The linky for this challenge will close on November 15, 2020. I have included dimensions on the graphic later in this post, but feel free to change them up to suit your needs.

A new month also brings a new release from Sweet & Sassy Stamps. This month SNSS is celebrating its 13 years of business. That means it's been just over 13 years since I started Verve. So much has changed, and yet so much stays the same within the industry, as well! Anyhow, the SNSS release is filled with a bit of sweetness and a bit of sass, and a whole lot fun!  For this card I pulled out the new Make a Wish set.  I wanted to try my hand at no line coloring, so I stamped the cupcake top and bottom in no line fade ink, then got to work with my Zig clean color real brush markers. When it was done, I fussy cut and went around the edges with a black marker to give it a little more definition.

The sentiment is stamped on a ticket cut with the Ticket Dies. I lined one side with washi tape before I die cut, then punched a hole to make it a tag and tied a twine bow around it.  I used some of the same washi down the strip of patterned paper, then added a border die cut and accented with pink rhinestones.  The background is embossed with a stripe folder, and then it was time for a thin black mat to finish things off.

Alrighty, now it's your turn! I hope you enjoy creating with this sketch! Thanks so much for stopping by! I've linked up the whole Sweet 'n Sassy release below so you can take a peek.

This came out so beautiful. I love the bright pink with the black and the tiny touches of pink on the border. Your watercoloring came out fantastic.
