More with the Divinity Designs October Release

Hi friends! I'm back with another fun post featuring stamps from the October Divinity Designs release.

For my first card, I pulled out the beautiful Keep Christ in Christmas Stamp/Die Duo. Isn't this image of the Holy family just so sweet? I colored with woodless watercolor colored pencils and then cut with the coordinating die.

I just love the new Serenity Snowflakes Paper Pad, so I pulled it out and cut a rectangle for a slimline card. I matted with a thin layer of the solid blue from this collection on the top and bottom edges.  I then stamped the title sentiment from the set on a Rectangles die cut, and matted with a Pierced Rectangles die cut in the same solid blue. I finished the slimline card off with a 1/4" score line on all four sides of the card.

For my next card, I used the other half of the Serenity Snowflakes paper I used on the previous card.  I embossed the Peace & Joy sentiment from Keep Christ in Christmas Stamp/Die Duo , then tied a bit of silver ribbon in a bow around it.

The large snowflake from the Sparkling Snowflakes Stamp/Die Duo is simply stunning. I embossed it here in silver on vellum and then cut with the coordinating die. To set it off, I created a layered oval backdrop using the Ovals and Pierced Ovals dies, sponging just a hint of soft blue on the smallest oval for a little pop of color.  I finished off with a 3.5" x 8.5" card base.

For my final card today, I went with a traditional Christmas color scheme featuring the plaid paper from the Christmas Collection 2020 Paper Pad. I paired it with this sweet deer image from the All is Calm Stamp/Die Duo. I colored the image with woodless watercolor pencils and then die cut with the coordinating die. I added a bit of crystal lacquer and a dusting of glitter to pinecones and berries.

For the sentiment panel, I stenciled a light brown ink onto white cardstock using the Petals Mixed Media Stencil, then I stamped the all is calm sentiment in red.  I matted using papers from the Christmas Collection 2020 Paper Pad and the Shine Bright Paper Pad with the RectanglesPierced Rectangles, Matting Rectangle, and A2 Portrait Card Base with Layer dies, to finish things off.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you have enjoyed my makes with these fun holiday stamps. You can check out the full October release at Divinity Designs.
