As always, you're free to play along with any papercrafting products your heart desires and enter as many creations as you like. Use the sketch as inspiration for your creation, then come link it up below so I can come take a look! The linky for this challenge will close on July 12, 2020. I have included dimensions on the graphic later in this post, but feel free to change them up to suit your needs.
I've been wanting to play with the Time Well Spent set from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps again. It's the June Stamp of the Month and can be purchased individually, or is a free gift with a qualifying $75 order through June 30. I love the masculine/vintage feel to it, and it drew me to a very old Frank Garcia paper pad called Archivist.
I started by embossing the clock onto one of the dark papers with a metallic bronze embossing powder. I die cut this, then cut another circle from the same patterned paper to pop it up onto. I chose a few papers from the pad to layer, aging them a bit with some Tea Dye and Frayed Burlap Distress Oxides. This is my favorite sentiment from the set and I stamped with versafine clair ink and embossed in clear. My final touch was embossing the two clock hands on the same paper and fussy cutting. I joined them together with a teeny brad and then added to my card.
If you shop through the affiliated links below I get a small percentage of the sale price at no cost to you! It's not a lot, but it does help pay the monthly fees for the linkup widget for Mojo Monday and other web and email services that help me keep Mojo Monday running smoothly! Thanks so much! 💙
