I started this card with a little acrylic block stamping. I loaded up a long rectangle block with rusty hinge, barn door, ripe persimmon, mustard seed, and rusty hinge distress inks and then spritzed and stamped onto watercolor paper, leaving the block there for a few minutes to ensure the most transfer of ink.
When it was dry, I cut it down to size and then embossed the thankful for you sentiment from Keep in Touch, Too in white. Next I grabbed a sheet of paper I had previously smooshed with similar colors and embossed a few of the leaves from Give Thanks in copper. The leaves are fussy cut, then adhered to the card and stamped panel. A thin scored line on the bottom edge is my finishing accent.
