There's a drawing for a fabulous $50 gift code to the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps shop from all of the comments at all of the stops along today's hop. So be sure to leave a little love as you hop about!

Comment Giveaway - $50 gift code to SNSS
Comment Deadline - 11:59 pm ET July 31, 2019

The first stop on the hop is The Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Blog, so if you're just tuning in be sure to hop over there for another card from me! And if any links misbehave along the way, you can always hop back over there for the full list!

For my card, I pulled out one of my all-time favorite Sweet 'n Sassy stamp sets, Christmas Botanicals. The images in this set are beautiful and so much fun to color. I colored the image with Copic markers and then added some accents with a white gel pen and some glitter drops for the berries. Oh, and I coated the flower with a wink of stella glitter brush pen for super shine!

Next I moved on to the background, pulling out the Delightfully Delicate Background stamp. I think this is the absolute perfect backdrop for Christmas cards! I started by stamping it in forest moss distress oxide ink and then embossing in clear. I then proceeded to blend about 100 greens. Okay... that's a bit of an exaggeration, but I kept pulling out different ones to blend into the background until I achieved a color that went with the leaves I had already colored! I do love how it turned out in the end.

For the sentiment, I pulled out the gorgeous O Holy Night set and chose the joy to the world sentiment to emboss in gold on a circle die cut. I added a touch of sponging with antique linen distress oxide to give it a warm glow and did the same on the back panel and the card base. A bit of washi, a seam binding bow and some jingle bells finish things off.

That's all the creative details, but we're also kicking off a Christmas in July sale today! Through July 31, all stamp sets in our Christmas and Winter categories are 25% off. No code needed, discount will show when you add the item to your cart! It's the perfect time to get a jump start on those holiday cards that don't make themselves! 😂

In other news, Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps is celebrating hitting 10,000 likes on their company page on Facebook. Head over there for a SERIOUSLY awesome giveaway!

Okay, now on with the hop, next up is the fabulous Bev Gerard! The entire hop list is below. Happy hopping!

Gorgeous card! 100 greens, oh my! I don't even own that many. LOL I love everything about your card but it's way more effort than I put into my Christmas cards... maybe for a special someone.

The softly colored background allows the beautiful flowers and Christ-centered sentiment to be the focus and I really like that! Beautiful card that shares the "reason for the season" and the reason for all of life! 😊
