Today we are showcasing the seriously adorable For Fox Sake stamp set and the dreamy Spring Tree Duo Die. Seriously! I can't get over how cute these foxy little critters are! For Fox Sake totally grabbed me by the heartstrings and I couldn't wait to color up some of these little cuties.

For my card, I started by stamping the fox and birdy in watercolor safe ink on smooth bristol and then watercolored with Arteza real brush markers. I framed this image with the Square Stamp Die, cutting from both white cardstock and fun foam to give a little dimension.

The background for the card is embossed with a notebook paper embossing folder and I distressed the edges. Next I stamped the Think Positive sentiment from For Fox Sake on a die cut from the Liners Dies. and popped up over the embossed panel. So sweet!

Next I moved on to the beautiful Spring Tree Duo Die. I used just the inner portion of the die to cut the tree from neutral cardstock. Once that was cut, I cut the die cut portion out with the largest die from the Scalloped Duo DiesI then sponged around the edge of this cut panel with black ink and colored the tree branches, trunk and leaves with Copic markers.

Next I cut the same Scalloped Duo Die from white cardstock. I eyeballed where I would want my blooms, then used a round sponge and some lilac and white paint to pounce onto my paper, to fill out my tree. When this was dry, I sponged around the edges with tumbled glass distress oxide ink for a sky look and then layered the two cut portions together. I cut two of the small scroll accents from black and layered them behind the top and bottom of the image.

The sentiment is from the For Fox Sake set and is embossed in white on black cardstock. I added cheesecloth behind my focal panel and accented with a seam binding bow. The background is done with the 3D lumber embossing folder, which I lightly sponged with black ink. My finishing touch was a bit of unicorn stickles on the leaves of the tree.

So adorable! I just love what you did with this foxie set! The purple in your tree image reminds me of my grandparents forsythia tree. It smelled divine!

LOVE the darling little fox card, but that tree...OMG...it's BEAUTIFUL! I never even thought about making it a color. Alma is right, it reminds me of the pictures of the Jacaranda tree pics my sister sent me from Africa. Wonderful cards.
