TCP January New Release Hop

Hi friends! It's finally release day over at The Cat's Pajamas! We're hopping along one last time to celebrate this fabulous new release. Come along for some fresh inspiration with all the new products that are available NOW in the shop! What are your must-haves from this release? I love them ALL, but the llamas have totally stolen my heart! 😂

My card today uses the adorable new Spit Happens set. I promised you I'd be showing you that little coffee cup in this set, and here it is.  And if you've been with me for other hops this month, you might find it a little hilarious that I didn't take my own advice once again and forgot to look at the dies before doing a bunch of masking. Two times in one month! Haha. Yep, the coordinating Alpacas CutUps for this image cuts the little paws so I could have easily just die cut the coffee cup and tucked it in. Instead I masked it. Still works, and I had to do some masking for this fabulous hat anyhow. 💗 Isn't it adorable?

Seems like even when I was taking photos I still thought I used those Alpacas dies, since I put them in the photo. So those are the dies I could have used! 😆 Anyhow, on with the card. Once everything was masked and stamped, I colored with Copic markers, then stamped some hearts randomly around the image in worn lipstick ink. I cut this out with a stitched heart die, then sponged around the edges and accented with some of the gorgeous new Silver Saucers Holeless Sequins.

I felt my heart needed a little something extra, so I cut a couple arrows using the previously released Lacy Arrows CutUps, embossing them with sparkle embossing powder for a little shimmer. I then stamped the I like you a llama sentiment, cut out and sponged to layered on top of the arrows. I finished the layout with some Loves Me paper.
