For today's card I reached for the new Forever & Always set. These fun patterned hearts have me feeling the love! And there are lots of ways to build the sentiments for just the right hearfelt message.
I stamped the solid heart four times in frosty pink and then stamped over them in ruby red with each of the four patterned hearts in the set. I quickly trimmed them out and then placed on four die cut squares from the Valentine collection by American Crafts.
Keeping things simple for hubby, I stamped the for my and husband at the bottom of a 4 x 5.25" panel, then added the small heart in fadeout no line coloring ink, then colored with Copic markers and a white gelly roll pen.
I finished off the card with a black mat and a white card base. I love this classic color combo and think it's perfect for my sweetheart.
Remember I said that the stamp of the month is awesome? Here's a little peek at the Made New Stamp of the Month set. I had so much fun coloring these with Copic markers. You'll be seeing these butterflies on cards a little later.
All right, if you love the whole release, there's an early bird bundle you can get at a discount...
Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you have a fantastic day!
