Mojo Monday on Wednesday

Hi y'all!  I found a little time this morning to work on my sample for this week's Mojo Monday sketch.  I'm a wee bit late, but better late than never, right?  This week's my favorite type of sketch... the round or square option.  I went for the circle option this month and pulled out some of my new goodies to play with.

The color inspiration came from the Elegant Soiree designer paper.  I paper pieced the flower from Feel the Sun a couple times, inked the edges with Marina Mist and layered on a circle cut and sponged with more Marina Mist.  The flower center is from the Antique Brads collection.  I stamped the sentiment from Dude in Marina Mist and cut into a little banner, then added some Marina Mist taffeta strips and QuicKutz flourishes before layering everything on an Early Espresso card base cut with Petite Scallop Circle Nestabilities.  For the finishing accent, I added Baby Blue Liquid Pearls to all the scallops.
