The background paper is all from the Green Day line of Reminisce papers. (I'm giving some of these papers away in my blog candy giveaway.) I cut two strips of designer paper together and then alternated panels on a Basic Black card base. I then laid down some black grosgrain ribbon across the center, punched holes in each end with my 1/16" circle punch and secured with Making Memories jewel brads. I then tied to knots of black organdy around each end of the grosgrain and trimmed the edges.
The You're in Luck sentiment is stamped in Black Stazon on Whisper White and is actually glued with pop dots to the inside of the card. I punched through the entire card front with the word window punch two times overlapping to make a bigger window and then dotted with my black Glaze pen. The final touches were 1/2 circle punches using the 3/4" and 1" circle punches and then highlighted with glaze and stardust pens.

Taz does the same thing with anything that resembles ribbon or flowers. We call it "Dragging it off to her lair".... The stuff I find under the bed is just scary....
