Spring Is Here Trio and Video

Hi friends! Today I'm popping in with a little more inspiration using the March Box of the Month from Not 2 Shabby. I really love the spring vibes in this collection, and I'm so glad that spring is finally here!

Today I'm sharing a trio of cards I made with the Tulips for Sale paper pad and the Full Bloom stamp set included in the March Box of the Month. For all of the cards I colored the images with Copic markers, then had a little fun playing with the patterned papers.

For this first card, I have uploaded a video where you can watch me create it. Check it out below or on my YouTube channel

After coloring the image, I added some white gel pen accents and a bit of glaze pen accents on the baby's breath type of flowers. I cut the image with my Brother Scan 'n Cut machine, then fussy cut the inner portions where the spout and handle are. There are coordinating dies available separately if you prefer. I matted my panels with midnight muse cardstock, stamped the sentiment on a tag die cut, then accented with some Colors of Spring Sparkling Enamel Dots.

This next card uses probably my favorite stamp in the whole release. I just love this sentiments and beautiful floral image.  I wanted to make it take center stage, so layered it front and center over a few different rectangle panels of patterned paper from the Tulips for Sale pad.  I used a bit of white twill tape for a divider and accented with some sparkling enamel dots from the Let's Get Cool and Brewing it Up collections. The butterfly is from the coordinating Tulips for Sale Ephemera and I added a few Copic marker accents, then some glossy accents and glitter to make it sparkle.

The final card in my trio uses similar techniques to the previous cards. I found an old tag and bow die in my stash and thought that would be a fun way to add the sentiment. I finished off with more glossy accents and some sparkling enamel dots.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you are inspired to get out some of those pads of paper and use them!
