Hi friends! I'm super excited to be popping in with a little inspiration with the fabulous new S'mores Mini Stamp Release from Jaded Blossom. We have six new items available and you can check them out later in this post.
Candace & Michelle had me at s'mores with this release! We're not really a camping family, but we do love s'mores n the backyard! As soon as I opened the release package I just had to use the stencil. Since I was having so much fun playing around with the new
S'more Stencil, I decided to make a birthday card, plus a little s'mores kit with a tag for today's project.
I started by stenciling the layers of the stencil with sandcastle, buttercream, and s'mores Catherine Pooler inks. I cut the large panel with the
Card Mat Dies, then stamped the images from
Kawaii S'mores with memento ink. I colored them in with Copic markers, then highlighted with a glaze gel pen. I cut the graham cracker, chocolate bar, and marshmallow out with the
Kawaii S'mores Outline Dies. I felt like this trio needed a little party balloon, so added one from the
Gnome Dies: Birthday Add Ons, held by the graham cracker. to dress things up I stenciled a single s'more onto the balloon and accented with Stickles. I finished off with a sentiment from the
Campfire & S'mores set, die cut with the
coordinating outline dies.
For the tag, I stamped the
Campfire S'mores Co. Freebie image onto white cardstock and then cut with the
Luggage Tag Dies. I masked off the stamping, then used the S'more Stencil to add s'mores to the top and bottom with the same colors of ink as the card. I stamped the assembled s'more again, then colored with Copic markers and fussy cut to pop up with foam tape. I finished the outer tag with kraft paper inked with sandcastle ink, then tied it all together with a brown ribbon.
