Carrot About You

Hi friends! Can you believe it's already time for another monthly challenge at Jaded Blossom? This time we're challenging you to create in the Clean & Simple (CAS) style.! As the more is more kind of stamper I am, at one point this challenge would have brought on panic, but over the past few years I have really started to enjoy creating in this style.  I hope you'll give it a go and can't wait to see you in the link up over on the Jaded Jaded Blossom blog.

My card started with the Chubby Carrot with Outline Die that was the freebie from the May release.  It's not available for purchase now, but these freebies usually come back later in the year.  I colored the carrot with Copic markers, then cut with the coordinating die. He seemed to need some glasses, so I pulled out the Glasses Die and cut frames from white, then filled with vellum lenses.

The sentiment is embossed in black and then cut with the coordinating die.  I added this to a Stylized Rectangle die cut from some Doodlebug paper.
