In My Prayers

Hi friends! I'm hoping you had a wonderful Christmas filled with love and laughter. We certainly did!

Today I'm popping in to share another card I made with the December Stamp of the Month, Sympathy Morning Glories. These flowers are so fun to color.  This time I colored with Copics on a panel of white cardstock.  I then sponged lightly around the edges of the panel with milled lavender distress oxide.  This might be the first time I've ever used this ink color!  I love the soft glow it gives.

The sentiment is embossed in white on black cardstock, then I accented the card with holeless sequins and some teeny tiny purple rhinestones.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you have a fabulous weekend!

What an exquisite card Julee - love the Milled Lavender sponging, and the flowers are beautifully coloured too. Those wee jewels are perfect!
