More Coffee Goodness

Hi friends! I'm back again today with another card for the Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop. This time I'm dressing up the to go cup from the Fill Me Up set with a little autumn flair.

I love autumn, and I love coffee, so I decided to combine the two for this sweet little gift card holder card.

To create the pocket, I took a journaling card from Prima, cut it down, rounded the corners, and sponged the edges with distress oxide.  I then adhered it with sticky strip on three sides to the center of a white card base.

The cup is one of my favorites and comes from the Fill Me Up stamp set, I did a bit of masking and stamped leaves from the Fur-ever Friends stamp set and then colored with Spectrum Noir alcohol markers, coating with a little sparkle. When I was done, I fussy cut the cup and popped it up over a strip of patterned paper on the gift card pocket.  I tucked a vellum sentiment from the Donut Worry stamp set behind.  To finish off the card, I stamped and colored a few more of the leaves and scattered them on the card front.
