Speaking of creating, I have another card using the October My Monthly Hero kit to share. For this card, I started with the beautiful tree image from the kit, stamping it in forever green on farbriano watercolor paper. I then watercolored and once it was dry, added snowy accents on the branches and below with the crystal clear lacquer pen and some white puff embossing powder. I just love this look! I then added some torn edges and sponged with soft sand for a vintage look.
Next I stamped the Delicate Snowflake Bold Prints background on designer paper and embossed in clear. Love the subtle texture this gives. I used the same torn and sponged effect on this piece. The winter wishes sentiment is stamped in forever green on a Tag Frames Infinity die cut, then sponged and popped up on dimensionals. I finished with two of the sweet little bird images watercolored and die cut with the dies included in the kit.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
