These winter scenes are so much fun to create. Here I cut the fancy tree from the kit from designer paper and then stamped a little garland on it with silver ink. Next I stamped several of the small ornaments from the kit, colored with Copic markers, fussy cut, and accented with the crystal clear lacquer pen to trim the tree.
The boy from the kit is colored with Copic markers and then cut with the coordinating die I cut a little slit near his finger and tucked in one of the ornaments so he could trim the tree.
For the snow and ice, I freehand cut a curve from the silver glitter paper in the kit, then tucked the tree behind it on a snowy designer paper and then used white liquid pearls to create the snowline.
Next I pulled out the fun new Stacking Snowflakes stamp set. I stacked a couple of the smaller flakes and embossed in silver, then hand cut quickly, to tuck onto the page. I love how you can create unique snowflakes every time with these stackable stamps. The sentiment is from the same stamp set and embossed in silver. I finished off with a few rhinestone embellishments and a star tree topper, which I embellished with one of the little iridescent star embellishments from the kit.
