Sketch 3 Winner and Slideshow!

I've been trying to take it easy, so I don't have anything new to share with y'all. I went to the DMV today to renew my driver's license, and the sad day has finally arrived....after almost 32 years of having naturally golden blonde hair, they classified me as "sandy" blonde! *sniff* For some reason that depressed me even more than the horrendous mug shot I will now live with for the next 8 years! LOL!

There were 50 fabulous entries in the Blogger Bingo Sketch 3 challenge, so here's a slideshow for you to feast your eyes on. I numbered the entries in the order I received them and then used Random.org to generate the lucky number 13. So congrats to Dottie K. for winning the third Bingo sketch contest! Dottie will receive a package of paper and matching ribbon. Yay, Dottie!

I have been telling the dmv I weigh 105 for 14 years! LIAR!
I had the good fortune to be able to renew my license online this time. YES!
I think someone just didn't know what to call your hair! THOSE FOOLS!

Thanks Julee! I'm excited that I won. I had a blast playing Bingo and making cards. I have really enjoyed seeing such beautiful cards from everyone else and trying alot of new things. That was alot of work for you do and I just wanted to say Thanks so much. Don't worry about DMV - once a blonde always a blonde. I'm blonde - I don't care if it's a little darker it's still BLONDE. I guess they weren't blonde!!!! Have a great day! :) I emailed my address!

Happy Birthday, Julee! I, too, was saddened when my hair color changed at the DMV. Living in Florida and out in the sun regularly, I was a pretty light blonde... until a skin cancer scare at 17 sent me into the shade for good. Now my hair is basically dark brown. *growl* Let's just be glad they don't have a scale. I'd be horrified if the real number were on there. :)

Congrats to Dottie!

Our licenses here in NY don't list hair color nor weight (thank goodness), just height and eyes. Interesting. So many people dye their hair differently all the time, maybe that's why.
I'm sure your hair is gorgeous whatever color it is! Your blog photo is in B &W so it's hard to tell color, but it's quite pretty anyway.
Thanks for the slideshow!

Sandy blond is better than mousy brown, right??? ;)
We'll all call you "golden" blond still! ;)
