Next I cut the Floral Circles Die Set from blushing bride paper, then stamped in blushing bride with the polka dot background, sponged around the edges and layered together with a vintage brad for the flower center. The leaves are the Dreamy Leaves Die Set cut from some old lucky limeade DSP. My card background is a piece of smoky slate stamped horizontally the whole length of the paper with the distress polka background. Then I stamped over it vertically in a few places to give a fun background effect. I finished with some Pastel Polka ribbon and an Award Banner Trim in basic gray and accented with bling.

What pretty colors! I like the doily in the background and the gorgeous flower with the center embellishment.
Julee, this is just beautiful! LOVE those distressed dots, and the flower is fantastic. I've got that die set...looks like I need to get it out today. ;) I seldom even think about the back side the parts of my cards. Very clever to turn the doily around--it's gorgeous!
Love the BGs you created and wonderful idea to flip the doily and use the back side! Adore the striped leaves and gorgeous flower too. Fabulous as always. Wishing you a wonderful weekend :)
This is gorgeous Julee! I love how you used the dot background stamp with different colors behind the sentiment and then again on the gray. I love this color palette too! I'm going to have to make a second card just for it! ;)
Those dots are crazy cool and so is your card, Julee. Love this sketch hand how easy it flows and what fun colors too. (Yep, I've used them for my next project. hee-hee)
