Tis the Season for Stretchy Pants

Hi friends! Hope you're having a fantastic week so far. I'm popping in with a couple cards made with the 'Tis the Season set from the new Esssentials by Ellen release.

For my first card, I had to pull out the Merry Christmas and vacation calories don't count sentiments. I noticed as I was flipping through paper pads, that the gold stripe from Patio Party fit these sentiments perfectly, so I embossed them with red puff embossing powder directly on the patterned paper.

The present is the Paper Layering Present Gift Card Pop Up die from Hero Arts, I cut it once from patterned paper and once from gold cardstock and then paper pieced together.  A rounded rectangle infinity die shapes my panel and I finished on an A2 base.

For my next card, I just had to use the 'Tis the Season and for stretchy pants sentiments. It just makes me giggle.  I stamped them in pool party and taffy reactive inks to coordinate with the Winter Solstice paper. I then just started layering papers from the pad and matted with gold cardstock and embellished with a glitzy poinsettia.

This piece is adhered to an A2 card base that I foiled using the GeminiFoil Press and Grande Dots Stamp 'n Foil Die.

If you haven't already, be sure to check out the entire Essentials by Ellen release!

And while you're in the shop, they're also celebrating their 13th birthday with a SALE! Use code: LUCKY13 to stock up on all the other stuff! Woohoo!
