Slimline Monochrome - Coffee Lovers Blog Hop Day 4

I'm posting a little later than normal today. I meant to schedule my posts for this week yesterday, but it's been an emotionally and physically draining couple of weeks and I simply couldn't get off the couch yesterday or this morning! Ever have those kind of days? I think they're necessary every now and then.

Anyhow, here's my card for the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop today.  It's a simple slimline featuring some pretty patterned papers and some stamps from Sweet 'n Sassy stamps.

I stamped the stack of cups from Special Blend on patterned paper, then watercolored and sponged with distress oxide inks.  I added a bit of lacquer accents to the trim and then fussy cut.

The sentiment is from the Coffee Talk set and embossed, then matted and added on foam tape to the bottom of the card.  I used a scallop border punch on the 49 and Market paper, then pulled out some old SU! DSP to finish it off.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you have a fabulous start to your week.
