Christmas Love

Hi friends! I'm popping in today to share a card I made for the September release at Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. There are EIGHT new stamp sets in the shop, with a little something for everyone.  The Stamp of the Month is a holiday sentiment set called Holiday Greetings, and that's what I've chosen to highlight for today's card.

Last time I was shopping I could not resist this gorgeous Four Seasons Winter paper from P13. It's so pretty and was the perfect backdrop for this lovely sentiment.  I embossed the sentiment with midnight ink and clear embossing powder onto a Tags & Frames Infinity Die cut. I lightly blended around the edges with weathered wood distress ink, then matted with midnight cardstock.  One cool feature of all the P13 paper pads is that they include printed ephemera to match the collection on the back side of both the front and back covers of the pads. You just need to cut them out, maybe add a little stickles for shimmer and you've got the perfect coordinating accents.  I layered some of the pine cones and blue sprays, then finished off with a seam binding bow.
