My Sunshine

Hi friends! Today I'm popping in with a fun little card I made with a set from the latest Cat's Pajamas release. Love these sweet little puddle jumpers in the Splish Splash set and I thought they'd make the perfect not so in your face Valentine for hubby! 😊

I colored them with Copic markers, then sponged around the edges with wild honey and scattered straw distress oxides, then matted with a thin mat of black cardstock.  A few little doodles in the corner help bring the eye inward.

I found this fun paper in my stash that seemed to bring out the sunshine, so cut it down for my card background, then added a strip of black behind my stamped panel. My finishing touch was the sentiment from the set stamped directly onto the patterned paper. So much fun!
