All Your Wishes

Hi friends! I'm back today with a card featuring the December My Monthly Hero release. This fairy kit is just so fun to work with. Currently the main kit is still in stock, but hurry once it's gone, it's gone. The sweet little add-on stamps and products are here to stay, though.

I started with this sweet little cross legged fairy from the December main kit. I colored her with Copics and cut her out with the coordinating dies from the kit.  Next I stamped the mushroom, colored it and fussy cut around it.

This is layered onto a fun background I made using the Blowing int the Wind Bold Prints background stamp and a 3x5" gelli plate. I first inked up the plate with some tide pool, soft pool and cornflower blue ink, then stamped the background stamp directly onto the plate in Navy ink and then pulled a print, blending in some cornflower ink at the end. I love the soft effect it gave.

The background is framed by a frame I cut with the Rounded Rectangle Infinity Dies. I stamped a sentiment from the kit onto a Tag Frames Infinity die cut and embossed with Sparkle embossing powder.  Then I started layering everything. I tucked in a dandelion I cut with the Dandelion Leaves Fancy Die and embossed it with Sparkle embossing powder. I used a dandelion embossing folder on white cardstock and a thin navy mat for the background panels. This little fairy positively sparkles with a bit of crystal clear lacquer dusted with glitter as my finishing touch.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you have a fairy good day! 😀
