Anyhow, on with the card. I started with a mixed media background using the shamrock, citronella, and fruit punch Dyestress inks from Clearsnap. Next I added a bit of Salt of the Earth Paste-eez through a TCW Christmas Words stencil and then when it was dry, used a baby wipe and some water spritzes to blend things together a bit more.
The cup is stamped onto watercolor cardstock in Cattail and then watercolored with palomino, cattail and graphite. I smooshed a bit of fruit punch ink onto some watercolor paper, then stamped the plaid cozy in fruit punch over it. The tea bag tag is cut out and layered over, so I could tuck a bit of string under and use a tiny attacher staple to complete the look.
I embellished with a bit of chevron ribbon and some snowflake embellishments.
Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope you have a delightful day!

Very nice! I love the coffee cup!
Your card has a wonderful Christmas-y feel. Love the plaid sleeve and the beautiful embossing.
If you enjoy cinnamon, Harney and Sons' Hot Cinnamon tea is completely calorie free and has a nice sweet taste.
So bright and cheerful! Love the textured background Julee!
