I pulled out a couple of older sets, Cupcake Affair and Sweet Valentine and started in on this cute little sketch. The cupcake parts are stamped in black and then I added the frosting in Pink Pirouette and colored the rest with Copics. Next I embossed just the right hand side of the panel with the Swiss Dots embossing folder and then sponged lightly with Pirouette pink around the edges, before matting on Pink Pirouette cardstock. The horizontal strip is punched with my new Sunburst Fiskars border punch. (I think this is the first time I've used it where I haven't almost completely covered it up! LOL. I inked the sentiment from Sweet Valentine separately and stamped on two different lines, then punched with the 1.25" circle punch, layered with the 1 3/8" and the scallop circle punch. The ribbon is pink taffeta that I curled by heating with my heat gun then painted with a mixture of diamond glaze and glitter.
What's In It?
Stamps: Cupcake Affair, Sweet Valentine (Verve)
Paper: White, Pink Pirouette (SU!)
Ink: Pink Pirouette, Regal Rose (SU!), A Muse Black, Copic markers
Accessories: Circle punches, pink taffeta (SU!), pearls (Kaiser Craft), liquid pearls, diamond glaze, glitter, Swiss Dots (Cuttlebug), Sunburst border punch (Fiskars)
