Hi Everyone! Welcome to the weekend! Today's Our Creative Corner challenge is a super cute sketch from our January hostess, Jennifer Meyer. Be sure to check out the OCC blog for the sketch, the details on a sweet little prize for participating this week, this week's featured guest Shannon Erskine, fabulous samples from our 3 newest team members (Kim Teasdale, Silke Ledlow and Jackie Pedro), as well as the rest of the Creative Corner designers. Wow! That's a lot of card-making goodness all in one post! :)
I ordered this darling little Sweet Deal set from The Greeting Farm (formerly Pink Poison) because this little monkey was just calling my name. He's stamped with my new A Muse black dye ink pad (which I LOVEEE... the best ink I've used so far with Copics) and matted with a Basic Black Long Scalloped Rectangle. The DP is from the Laundry Line collection by My Mind's Eye, and I used a long scalloped rectangle die to cut the scalloped edge. The hearts use the hearts and scalloped hearts Nestabilities dies and I added some white gel pen accents. I finished off with a pink satin bow and a Riding Hood Red card base that's embossed with the Birds and Vines Cuttlebug folder.
Have a fabulous weekend!
This blog is for personal inspiration only and all projects are my original designs unless otherwise stated. I own Verve Stamps and have received products and materials to work with from several generous companies over the years. While I have received free products from these companies, I maintain the freedom as an independent designer to say what I truly think of their products. I will never recommend something that I don’t personally use and enjoy.
