The card started out with watercolor paper and some Hero Arts liquid watercolor inks. I dropped and smooshed and splattered until I was happy with a couple backgrounds, then sopped up the leftover ink on my palette for a third background.
I then stamped the outline heart image from the set onto one of the backgrounds, masked it off and stamped another, and repeated one more time for a trio of hearts. Then I added the sentiments, masking where necessary. I added a few white gel pen accents to make the edges pop and then fussy
cut.
The background of the card is the background I made from the leftovers. I roughed up the edges a bit and then finished with some rhinestones.

What a gorgeous card Julee - love that splattered background and the matching hearts, all beautifully mounted to keep the 'fluid' look of the card.
