With Love

Happy Tuesday!  Ever since the latest Waltzingmouse release, I've been literally dreaming about the cards I'm going to make with the Very Vintage Labels No. 10 set.  These stamps just captured my heart.  Yesterday my order arrived from Ireland, and even though I'm still under the weather, I was so excited I just had to ink them up immediately!

I started by stamping two of the frames in Rose Red on cream cardstock, then cutting out with the coordinating Labels 10 Nestabilities.  Next up, I stamped the pansy image from Afternoon Tea Sentiments twice, colored with Copics and cut out.  The center of the flowers are popped up and I added a little mixture of diamond glaze and glitter to give them some sparkle.  I layered everything on dimensionals, then added a few pink pearls and an adorable little sentiment from Afternoon Tea Sentiments.

The green paper is from the October Afternoon Thrift Store collection and the pink polka dot paper is from the So Sophie line by My Mind's Eye.  I added a couple decorative corners with a Martha Stewart Iron Gate corner punch and a fun little ribbon treatment to finish it off.

Okay, that's all for today.  I'm still slowly recovering from my flu bug, but hoping for a super productive day.... after my trip to the dentist!  Catch ya on the flipside!  :)

Hi Julee - this is another beautiful creation. Can I just say that I think you are wonderful to be so supportive of other small stamping companies. I think that in itself is an inspiration. You are helping dreams become a reality.

This is totally gorgeous Julee....and you're right - when mine arrive I'm gonna have to ink them right up too!! Though I think mine may still be flapping their way down here. Transit times being the UK and AUS seems to be 2-3 weeks.....unlike the 1 week it takes from the US. I'm now gonna have to buy the matching dies!! Shame. ;)

Loving the pansies. Hoping you've knocked that flu on the head now. xx
