My Cup of Tea

I've had this little teabag holder project in my head since I was designing the A Cup of Life set a few months ago, but I just didn't have time to try it out before release. I needed a little sanity break from packing orders, so whipped this up in about 15 minutes. Here's what I did:

  • Cut 8.5 x 3.25" strip of cardstock
  • Scored at 1.5, 4.5 and 5.5" inches
Embossed with textile background folder, then sponged edges
  • Used decorative border punch on the 1.5" end
  • Punched a 1/16" hole through the top center for the string
Stamped images from A Cup of Life in Crimson red, sponged with Vintage Photo
  • Glued image to holder
Added ridinghood red ribbon and bow across top
  • Stapled Tea tag to red hemp twine

Really lovely. I know what you mean about taking a break sometimes. Love your art. Don't break too long.
