It's Friday!

Happy Friday! I still haven't had anymore stamping time, so I thought I'd share this card I made for a Verve swap last month. I paired the Birthday Surprise set with paper from the Urban Garden collection. The balloons are stamped in Not Quite Navy and then colored with Copic markers. I painted them with a mixture of Dazzling Diamonds and Diamond Glaze. I used my SU! circle punches for the cream and Not Quite Navy circles, and the inner Kiwi Kiss mat is cut with Classic Circles Nestabilities. The Soft Sky layer is embossed with the Swiss Dots embossing folder and the card base is Kiwi Kiss. I added some liquid pearl accents to the scallops and finished off with a Soft Sky double stitched ribbon knotted bow.

For those of you who asked where I got the vinyl sleeves for the bookmark in yesterday's post, I ordered them from Clear Bags. Apparently now that I look at the website, they're not vinyl, they're thick polypropolene. I ordered the 2 1/2" x 7 1/8" ones.

I love this layout (and all your designs). I used this one to make this month's Card for a Cause (Operation Quiet Comfort) at Splitcoaststampers. Hope you don't mind.
