Wonderland Wishes

Wow! Can you believe it's almost Halloween? It seems like it was just Labor Day, the days are going so fast. Yesterday was a typical Monday for me - way too much work to catch up on to get any crafting done, so here's another card I made when I was over at Lila's last week. This one uses the Believe set by Papertrey Ink.

This was my first time playing with Copic markers, and I thought they were a dream to use. Maybe if I'm really nice Santa will bring me some of my very own to play with. The berries are colored over with a Spica glitter pen, so they just sparkle in real life. I also stamped on Pearlized Cream paper, so it's extra sparkly! :) I then sponged around the edges with Creamy Caramel ink. The patterned paper is from the Cosmo Cricket Wonderland pad and the ribbon is May Arts. Have a happy day, peeps!

This is gorgeous, Julee. Great job with the copics. I am so holding off on these. (I have a set of Prismacolors that I never use and now they just seem 'not good enough'. Oh dear!!) AND, you get to play with Lila?! What a lucky ducky you are.

Very pretty! Good luck on that wish for Santa... you'd better start working extra hard to get on his "nice" list!

I get the warm fuzzies when I see your work. I wonder what would happen if I sat here eating homemade chicken noodle soup with a cup of coffee nearby, wearing my favorite fuzzy socks, while Oscar Peterson was playing some piano jazz. I bet I would explode or maybe puff up into one big fuzzy ball. My senses would be overloaded with the happy hormones and I would burst.

I've been saving this on my Google Reader so I'd remember to come comment. What beautiful coloring! So, is a Copic purchase looming in your future?
